PROFILE:
Age:26 Years
1) Accepted in MSc Computer Science 2Yr Program Starting Jan17 at University of Guelph.
2) Undergrad - 4 yrs - Engineering (Computers) (Hons)) from Univ of Rajasthan in 2012
3) Work Ex - Four years (Jan 2012 - Dec 2015) in IT industry as a software engineer at Infosys.
4) No work-ex since Jan 2016, was working as a musician, but no formal work history for last 6 months. I have produced a music album though in this time!
5) GRE 315, IELT 8 (List 8.5, Read 8.5, Writing 7, Speaking 7.5)
6) Financially capable, Dad has a stable job. I am able to show all the Tuition fees (approved bank loan) + 30k as Cash
7) I have all income tax returns updated till date.
8') I am also in Express entry pool for PR.
Past Rejection:
1-On May2015 Applied for temporary resident visa to visit my brother for his birthday who is a PR there, but was rejected due to Travel History (never left india before), Financial Status (I did show all the money) and Purpose of Visit (I did write a very descriptive letter of purpose!)
QUESTIONS:
1) Will my lack of formal employment (From Jan16 - Today) affect my Student Visa application?
2) Should I delete the profile from Canadian PR pool, I do not want visa officer to imply that I want to stay longer than my education.
3) I am applying for a University Program (hence its not under SPP) should I make a GIC account still, if yes then with which canadian bank and how much recommended money.
4) Will my past Travel Visa Rejection in May 2015 affect my application ?
5) ANY SUGGESTIONS that might make my application strong.
