Hello,

My husband is a Canadian citizen, we have known each other for more than 2 years now.
I arrived in Canada 1 year back on student visa.
I got enagaged in May 2015.
I completed my course in Nov 2015.

We went back to India(my home country) and got married in Dec 2015.
Now we are back to Toronto.

We have to apply for my post graduate Open Work Permit and Spousal Sponsorship.

Should we apply for outland or inland spousal sponsorship?
If inland, should we also apply for spousal open workpermit along with inland application as we also be applying for PGWP?

My PGWP should be of 1 year.

Thanks in Advance.

normally outland app is faster than inland.

1. you would hold PGWP so I would apply for outland and when PGWP is expired, you could apply for work permit (if you can get LMIA from your work )

2 . if you apply for inland and hold OWP, still there is good chance your owp would be expired before you get PR .
so you need to apply for wp anyway.

3. you can travel back to your home country while your app is processing outland.
you can visit to your country, but there is no guarantee to re-enter Canada for inland app.
