Thank you so much for your reply. :) We will apply PGWP and outland spousal sponsorship. We will start getting PCC and medical done. Do we have to send complete package along with PCC and medical for outbound sponsorship app? Is there any cap on outbound applications?

Inland will take 3 years and i cannot leave the country meantime right? What we were thinking is to get 1 year of PGWP and apply for outland from ND visa office, and hopefully it gets processed in 12 months time frame. Please let us know if this approach is feasible.
