help skilled worker applicants london

hello guys
i need help
my uncle applied under skilled worker class
while i was checking his ecas tody it not only shows his address but his old address and it also says that they have sent a letter on the old address
although his new address was updated on ecas before it disappeared
now why they sent the letter on old address
n i m unable to sent them an email
help!!!!!!
