I have the same confusion as on the back of the medical request form they sent to me, it says to bring 2 passport size photos but dimensions were not mentioned.

The Canadian passport photo size is 50X70 mm while immigration photos is 35X45 mm.

Since they mentioned "passport size", I decided to go with 50X70mm.

I am doing the medical in Canada.

Guys, please let me know if you have another thought.

Thanks!

35 X 45 MM is the the photo size which is pasted on the original medical forms which CIC send to the applicant. Whereas when we go for medical the DMP staff ask for passport size photographs [3-4]. You should confirm it from DMP office.

Hi,

As long as u stick to this size of photos for anything to do with CIC u'd be good:

US Passport size is 2 x 2 inch.
Canada and most of other countries specify 35 mm x 45 mm as passport size, which is required by CIC too.
So there is nothing to confuse.
