Apply for CAIPS as well to know what exactly they need

Bee has already been advised b VO to PROVIDE EVIDENCE to support his job duties. I am doubtful if VO would explicitly mention what evidences are required in CAIPS. As the VO is not a dentist (hopefully ) so he is not able to decide based on the information provided on the file to convince him about JD. The onus is on the applicant to PROVIDE EVIDENCE...the VO will not spoon feed the applicant.

For example, if VO had doubts about the authenticity of marriage, then he would have explicitly asked for marriage photos, emails etc., but asking for evidences for JD is entirely different scenario.

But yes, for his own satisfaction , Bee could apply for CAIPS.

Right, As per my understaning what I assume how VO process work that if VO is not dentist but most of VO knows the nature of job descriptions. each applicant have different role than others so, in BEE case VO have little doubt in experience that means doubt on job role what he did in past or with current employer or what is he mentioned in the experience letter!!
he can provide new experience letter with explaination to vo by adding own notes seperately in cover letter.
Yes, Caips note add vo comments but if VO sent email in detail what VO is looking for then no need to waste money for CAIPS.

Knowledge is power. Getting your CAIPS or GCSM notes may be useful, but could take most of the time you have been given to state your case. Order them immediately, then use the rest of your time to build your case.

I got a letter from London VO just 20 mins ago..they are asking for further information on my experience..
They are giving me 60 days to submit additional documents...
I applied last Oct 15 , 2011, NOC 3222...
I don't know what other additional documents i have to present to them...
Please give me your ideas friends...

Note that it is not unusual for vo to ask for additional document at this stage.
Examples of supporting documentation can be in the form of; job contracts, petition letters,payslips, promotion letters or any other internal work documentation that will support the employment duties you have indicated.
I will like to emphasize copies of internal memo directed to you and evidence of on-the-job trainings attended.
Lastly, note that strength of your supporting docs. determines whether you get interview call or not.

Hello guys!

This is the scenario:

I graduated with a degree in dentistry.

I practiced as dentist (performing dental hygienist duties as well) in the philippines for two years.

I went abroad and worked as dental assistant (performing several dental hygienist duties as well) in a private polyclinic for three years.

I transferred to my current job as dental assistant (performing dental hygienist duties as well) in a government hospital, also abroad. I am currently performing ALL dental hygienist duties, and I am assigned in an orthodontic clinic. I am performing the duties under the supervision of an orthodontist. Especially during final phases (debonding) whenever there is need for a hygeniest to scale and polish the teeth after removing the braces.

I provided all of the reference letters for all my 3 employments.The reference latters stated that I am a dental assistant performing dental hygienist duties. Some of the job descriptions are taken from the internet but I arranged them accordingly.

Perhaps the confusion came from the fact that I am a dentist but I am working as a dental assistant while performing dental hygienist duties.

My dilemma is how to provide additional documents that would prove that I have enough work experience as a dental hygienist (apart from the reference letters that I have submitted before).

I will be needing specific types of documents to support my work experiences.

I am looking forward to your suggestions. Thank you...

may be Dr.Hasib will help you, I seen his profile he is dentist too.
but you understand your job role better than us.
in-short there is confussion about your job role with your employer/s what you submitted as your experience certificate. so just understand the requirements of your NOC and short it out.
I understand my job role and my noc, so before submittion of application I match that it's should be good enoug to prove that your experience match with mentioned NOC job role.

hope you understant it.
no one more help in this matter even agents too. you have to satisfy VO in this circumtances.

I just submitted referrence letters for each of my employments..
Those referrence letters stated my job duties...I thought before that referrence would be enough..
OMM do you think that submitting photos while doing my job duties would help?
I can submit some log books but not for all procedures since some of them are done under the supervision of an orthodontist/dentist.

This is what I would do:
1. Compile the strongest documentation to support Job Duties following all suggestions provided here.
2. Prepare in final format to send in.
3. Book an appointment with a RESPECTED, CERTIFIED consultant to go over the VO request and your documents.

It may cost you an hour of the consultant's time if you are well organized and will give you the confidence that you have done your utmost to satisfy the VO questions.
