I WAS APPLYING IN SKILLED IMMIGRATION PROGRAM UNDER NOC-0213 IN MARCH 2010. AND THEN AFTER THREE MONTHS RECEIVED THE EMAIL FROM FSW-Centralized-Intake-Office WITH FILE NUMBER. AND AFTER 40 DAYS WE ALSO RECEIVED THE FEE CHEQUE FROM FSW-Centralized-Intake-Office.

SO WHAT I DO FOR FURTHER APPLICATION PROCESSING.

they have rejected your application becasue your job duties do not match to those listed in hrsdc website. they have refunded your fees as well.

if your noc 0213 is still in the list and in 29 demanded occupations you can reapply. but do not forget to mention job duties listed under hrsdc website

Imran77, the email clearly states that your application has been refused as they are not satisfied that you perform most of the duties of 0213. you can't reapply under 0213 now as it is not there in the new NOC list. Look the list of NOCs again and see if your experience matches to any other occupational code.

Regrets to hear that, ya Imran.

Others before me have advised u correctly... your "real work" didn't sum-up to the JDs of your NOC (at least on paper) & that's why your apps were turned-down. And now, your NOC is no more in the MI List.

Thus, as Ahmad suggests - take a relook at the 29 List - if your JDs fit any of them - u can reApply under that NOC. Else, look for other options:
1. QSW
2. CEC
3. FC stream
4. PNPs
5. Business Class etc.

One thing i want to confirm is that in future the old file number will not conflict with new application. Because the old application has been in the Canadian immigration record.

I apply for FSW file I got email on 30th September, 2010 and mentioned that within 120 days you submit all necessary documents with IELTS original result. My problem is I having 4 months baby and I unable to give exam in last moment I apply before one month exam and result will be bit less then I reappear and this result will come on 28th Jan, 2011.

I received email : 1st Oct, 2011 (send by Canadian Highcommission on 30th sep, 2011)
120 days left on 27th Jan, 2011
My IELTS result will come on 28th Jan, 2011.

I m in very critical condition if I don't want to submit my result they close my file.

If anyone can Help me and suggest me some ideas as I don't have too much time.

You don't have time to wait......

Send all the documents & for IELTS result, write an explanation letter stating that you have appeared for IELTS and the result is on so and so date......

The IELTS test was given late as you had delivered the baby and attached the copy of the relevant medical documents.

Once 120 days passed , it will be difficult for you to re-open the case.
