Help required

i am in serious problem,
our marriage was not registered in canada and i got divorce 5 years ago outside canada.i dont have canadian provisional divorced certificate.
Now london visa office sent an email and asking canadian provisional divorced certificate.
please suggest what i can do?

yes,i enclosed my divorced certificate with spouse application. but it was not canadian divorced certificate
