My wife is pregnant, due date June 2014.I will get PR visa in this month with jan 2015 expiry.
what option should i take?

1. travel alone in april(before the child's birth) and then my wife join me before her visa expiry(jan2015) and we sponsor the child(or will it be still possible to add him to family and get his PR visa?)

2.travel after child birth, get our visa cancelled, apply for child's inclusion, get new visa for all.but what if this process exceeds the expiry date of our medical and visa(jan2015).then will they extend the date or simply they will reject our application and Canad dream will end?

3.travel in april with wife and get deliver in Canada(Alberta).will i be able to get health card with in 15 days of landing as i dont have an address proof required for health card?even if i get a health card,i am planning to come back in july and then again go after one year,so 183 days out of one year requirement for helath card of alberta will not be met.can they charge me back the delivery payment for this?

1. As soon as the baby is born, the visa of a family member who hasn't landed yet (your wife) will become invalid due to changes in the family composition. You would however remain a PR if you have already landed before the baby was born. You could ask the visa office afterwards to re-issue your wife's visa and add your baby. If they have a problem with that, you can sponsor them both.

2. Some visa offices instruct you not to send your passport if you foresee changes in your family composition (such as a new baby) before you are able to land. If the visas have already been issued, the visa office could give you trouble for sending in your passports anyway. If you want to go with this option, you should contact the visa office immediately and ask if they will put your visas on hold until the baby is born so you can add him or her. They may request re-medicals if your medicals have expired by then.

3. If someone applies for a health card knowing fully well that they don't meet the eligibility requirements (not committed to being physically present in Alberta for at least 183 days in a 12 month period for example), this could be considered fraud. That would be the worst case scenario because it doesn't just mean you'd have to pay the costs back, you could also face criminal charges. Even if fraud charges are not filed, you could still be required to pay the costs back.

Why do not you land in May or June, wait till you wife delivers a baby and leave after that? When you come back in a year it will be a different story whatsoever.

Also you may wait till your wife delivers a baby in your home-country and ask VO for a visitor visa for a baby, and then when in Canada after landing you may sponsor him from within Canada. It is risky because they could reject your baby's visitor visa even if usually they do not ( I know some cases as yours).

get our visa cancelled
That will mean you need to start ALL the process from the very beginning. Could you do that? and WHY would you do that?
