Help required regarding Educational Documentation (Pakistan)

My Father has applied for canadian immigration from past 2 months from Pakistan.Our application is sent to London office as we applied after 1st april. I want to ask CIC requirments regarding educational documents for my Father and my mother.
1. What type of verification/attestation of my Fathers Metric, Fsc, MBBS and MBA is required(From which Pakistani bodies eg HEC, Universities etc)?
2. Do we have to send original degrees upon acceptance?
Help from Pakistani Members will be appreciated as they have more knowledge of Pakistani education bodies.

a) Original Transcript for all the certificates and degrees
b) if any doc re
