Help Required might be strange case (Nursing)

Hi everyone

would like to request for help.
i would llike to apply for express entry application. I have done nursing from graduation from india, but working in ireland as nurse for last 10 years with Masters done from ireland university.

I gave exam for Ontario nursing board three years ago and cleared the exam but didn't get registration as they wanted a permanent address in Ontario so couldn't registered.

We filled forms in fast two time every time we had some mistake like proving our skill from the hospital letters were not written properly so were rejected. now we want to apply again , so were and how do i get my education assessed also my ielts expires in august 2015 do i have to give one again.

Also do i have to have education assessed before i apply on cic.

ITs confusing as we don't know were to get my education assessed or any way around for assessment as we gave exam few years ago.

Go to the website of World Education Services. Here is where you can get your education credentials assessed a.k.a Bachelors from India and Masters from Ireland

And yes, you will need new English test scores since it might be a while before you can file all your documents.
