Friends I need your guidance !!!!

I am a PR and now in my home country. I have to go to Canada in a month or so and want my parents to accompany me. For this, I am planning to apply for their visitor visa but I am stuck at the Invitation letter.

As per the format on CIC website, there is a field for Address and contact number of the person who is writing the invitation letter. I am in a dilemma as I don't yet have a permanent address in Canada (as I will be renting an apartment when I land there or a few days earlier before I land). What address should I provide in it??

Can I simply state that I don't have any address yet and will be renting an accommodation for me and my parents??

Will it have negative effect on my parents application? What should I fill in those fields?? Please guide!!

Hello

You must have an address, provide financial status in order to convince the Visa officer that you can support your parents during their visit to Canada.
Its better to wait till you get to Canada, Get a job and within few months apply for your parents provide job payment proof, bank statement.

I don't think it's a good idea to not show proof that you have an actual residence before applying for your parents. They will want to know where they will be staying and if you can't show that you already have a place, then it might be refused.
