Help required in filling up the forms !!

Thanks Mitali. Another question: a) Do we need to submit all the photocopy pages of our passport to CIC (including cover pages, ECNR and blank pages)? ....YES....

b) My father expired last year, do I need to fill his details in the additional family form YES - Father column. If yes, what to write? Late (or "Expired")<father name>. Please advise.

But in the Document checklist, they have asked us to include only copies of the pages showing passport no., date of issue and expiry, photo, name , dob, amendment in name, DOB, expiration etc. So, pls. guide that what will be the advantage of sending the entire booklet. Also guide as per the size of the envelope. To my mind 23 cm X 30.5 cm sized envelope, will not be sufficient to hold all the documents, in case I include entire booklet of 2 of my passports, 2 of my spouse and 1 of my child.

Another query, in the Mailing your application procedure, it is written that we need to send 2 self addressed mailing labels to CIC - one in English and one in or native language. a) Are we supposed to sent one mailing label in HINDI? b) Do we need to sent envelope also along with the labels? If so, what will be the size of the self addressed envelope. Please advise. Thanks.

No need to send copies of blank pages of Passport.
It is not necessary to send the package in the dimension of the envelope as mentioned. You can use a larger size if required.
Both the Labels can be in English. They ask for native language for destinations where English is not understood.

Hello Mitali:

As per CIC document checklist, when we submit our documents to CIC, the expiry date of certified cheque or Bank Demand Draft must be atleast 5 months into the future. I checked with ICICI and Axis bank, both provide DD with 3 months expiry. Please advise which bank to approach which provides DD with expiry atleast 5 months into the future.
