imm0008_3e - Schedule 3 Economic Classes - Federal Skilled Workers
IMM0008DEPENU - Additional Dependents / Declaration Form
IMM0008ENU_2D - Generic Application Form for Canada
IMM5406E - Additional Family Information
IMM5409E - Statutory Declaration Of Common-Law Union
IMM5604E - Declaration of non-accompanying parent/guardian for minors immigrating to Canada
IMM5562E - Supplementary Information Application for Permanent Residence
IMM5669E - Schedule A Background / Declaration
IMM5612E - Document Checklist
IMM5690E - Document Checklist
IMM5476E - Use of Representative

I would like to know if there are any other forms to be filled out for FSW Canada immigration ?
My issue here is :
1) I am married and looking to immigrate alone and later on call my family there,So in that case which forms i do not need to fill up.
2) I am not going to have any Representative for me so in that case which forms i do not need to fill up.
3) Why are there two Document Checklist forms IMM5612E - Document Checklist IMM5690E - Document Checklist

I may further require your help for filling out these forms and how could I improve in the way these files are packaged and sent .
