Help Required for Parents Visitor Visa

I am a Canadian PR and basically from India. My parents are in the US currently on a visitor visa. They are staying with my sister. I was unable to meet them for 2 years because of COVID restrictions. I want to apply for their Canada visitor visa because the processing times from India are too high - so if they go back apply from India, it may almost take a year. Processing time from the US is still 3 months.
I got married in 2019 and moved to Canada from India; since then, my parents have not been able to visit me. So please suggest - what I should take into consideration so that the visa doesn't get rejected.

Your parents need to show strong ties to India including funds, properties, job etc. How long have they been in the US? This will factor in. If refused, then they should return to India and reapply. Also if they have been in the US, you could have gone to visit them…no visa required.

They have been in US for 8 months now (got their visa extended due to COVID).
