Help Required for educational accessment

Hi,
I have done a 2 yrs master course in India which is equivalent to 1 year graduate program in canada(as per the WES report). I also have a 4 yrs bachelors degree. Can anyone tell me how many points will I get for my education?

Below are my canadian equivalency for my bachelors and masters degree according to WES:
1. Bachelors degree(4 years)
2. 1 year of graduation study

Does it literally say "1 year of graduation study"?

If so, then you may only get 21 points for the bachelor degree.
