Hi,
I am planning to change my career and want to explore flying profession which I am passionate about. I have applied for Canada Study Visa which been rejected. Mentioned more details below, need your suggestion for my next action to get the student visa.

My Qualification: Bachelor of Technology, MBA
My Work Exp: 9.5 yrs

My Wife's Qualification: B.Tech, MBA
My Wife's Work Exp: 3 yrs

I have applied for Canada Student permit for following study program and also applied for my wife's open work permit on early August.
Study Program: Commercial Pilot Program
Duration: 1 Year

I am sponsoring myself and shown proof of sufficient fund. Submitted papers of my joint property ( own by me & my wife ) and parents as reason for return to India after completion of study.

Completed medical test as requested.

My Visa has been rejected today and I have received below message:

"Thank you for your interest in studying in Canada. After careful review of your study permit application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the length of your proposed stay in Canada.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee."

Your planned studies in Canada do not make sense in light of your previous studies and education. If you want to try applying again, I would recommend you apply on your own and plan to leave your wife behind in India. IRCC does not regard your parents as a reason for you to return home to India. You must show stronger ties to your home country if you want to be approved.

Even if you apply without your wife, it may still be quite difficult to get an approval.

I would imagine they are also looking for smaller plane training in your own country to prove that you have taken some steps towards your new career. Given you and your wife have good jobs, it seems strange to start an entirely new career that will take more than year and lots off money to complete. 1 year seems very short for a commercial pilot's license were you just learning to fly small planes (2-4 seaters) which is more like a hobby.
