Help requested regarding Work Experience

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding my work experience. I have around 3-4 years of work experience, however I don't have any diploma or a certificate in that field in which I have an experience. I do have all the recommendation letters as well as references (of my managers I worked under) from those companies.

My questions are:

1. Will this work experience be counted for "Express Entry" submission?

2. What if I have a diploma in programming but experience is in teaching IT, will this be considered as a 'work experience'?

If it is within NOC O, A or B then it will be counted. Work experience does not have to be related to your education.

hey guys i have a question regarding work experience :

if i choose to leave my current employer for a new job would i have to take a reference letter from them right before leaving ? and would that be valid for whatever time?
