Help Reqd./Full Application Prepared with Docs for Local Visa Office

I have finally arranged all my documents and now ewady t dispatch my Full Application to the Local Visa Office,will Dipsatch it next week.In the meantime I want Senior members especially people from Pakistan to let me know if I am sending the right Application Package.

1.Profile

2.CV

3.Completed Application Forms

4.Education(Photocopies of all my Education Certificates + Transcript in University Sealed Envelope(I will dispatch it separately)

5.Employment(Photocopis of Cotracts,Responsibilities Paper issued by Department and other docs+Payslips+Monthly & Weekly Rotas+Reference Letter from my Previous Employers)
-Now problem I am facing in it is that one of Person I have previously worked with is saying that I will only provide reference on request by CHC,I told him that they dont have time for all that but he kept on insisteing that I wont provide you any letter,if CHC contacts me I will mail them that Reference Letter.Add your comments on that.

6.Adaptability(Photocopy of Passport+Health Card+Utlitilty Bill+Education Certificate of my Uncle & Mom to prove how we are related)

7.Photocopy of my Birth Certificate

8.Photocopy of My Passport+NIC

9.Proof Of Fund
-Do we have to notarize the Bank statement too? if it sounds like a silly question kindly pardon me for that

10.Original IELTS Result not Photocopy
-Now should I send the Notarized Photocopy of IELTS or send the Original? Pls Clarify.

11.Mailing Labels

12.Original Police Clerance Certificate
-Should I send the Photocopy or Original one? Pls clarify........

If you think that some more things might be required ,pls let me know.If any correction should be done,let me know abt it.

Actually I wont let this topic die ))) I will keep on messaging myself if no one add comment to my post,its the most important part of this whole excercise of immigration,i want to be absolutely clear of all the doubts I am having now.

Hi, you need to submit those required by your local visa office and indicated on their visa office specific forms Appendix A. So we cannot tell you for sure what is needed. Check against your own checklist!

Pcc & ielts result in original. Transcripts, send with full application , not separately. If u do not have right now,send notarized.
