Help Regarding WES

I have done National Diploma in Business (Level 5) from National Institute of studies and National Diploma in Computing (Level 5) from Royal Business College. Both of the colleges have been closed but I have a confirmation from NZQA. My diplomas are genuine and showing on the website of NZQA. Currently I am living in India. How can I complete the WES process?
