- Primarily responsible for creating customers and supporting them by providing technical support on ST, Nuvoton, Windbond, Toshiba Microcontrolles and other vast product portfolio.
- Utilizing engineering design skills and knowledge to decrease client development time and improve product quality.
- Write codes in C language in order to decrease customer efforts.
- Working on various projects including Digital Panel Meters, Air Purifiers, Lighting solutions, Homeme Automation along with customer's R&D team and assist them in Firmware and Hardware.
- Deliver presentations, demos, and training on various hardware and software development tools and reference boards.
- Coordinate with sales staff and marketing managers to design and implement strategies to create product awareness and demand in the market.
- Teaming up with the principal company to provide satisfactory support to the customer.
- Assisting the customer with firmware/algorithm development, appropriate device selection and schematic design.
- Ensuring 100% conversion rate of Design-Ins --> Design-Wins --> Revenue.
