I am from Pakistan and applying for Study Permit (SDS). I am filling form IMM 1294 and stuck on question where it asks about Experience. I am currently working in an company. So I am confused what should I write in "To" field.

If the “To” field is not required, you can leave it blank.

One more question about "cost of my study" and "funds available to my stay".
My tuition fees is $6500 per year and I have GIC also. so what should I mention in those fields?

What I did for mine was I put the GIC amount for “funds available to my stay”, and my 1yr tuition for the “cost of study”. I also applied under SDS.

Good luck to your application!

There seems to be a bit of dissent here. Last year I applied and got approved with Tuition (and others) + GIC shown in "funds for my stay" and here you say you just included GIC amount in funds for my stay.. this year I am reapplying and confused what to fill haha

Yes, I only stated the CAD$10k from my GIC as funds for my stay. But I did include a letter from my brother-in-law providing me with free accommodation. Not really sure if that helped, though...

okay i was even going through some helping guides prepared by colleges and unis and they also suggest at least the sum of tuition, rooms and boarding and others. So I am going to add the GIC to that as well, it worked the last time so should work this time as well.
