Help Regarding Form IMM5669

Hello,

I need help regarding form IMM5669. I was studying in a college in London which was affiliated with a university. The university issued me the degree. So what shall I write in question 7 education boxes. Like "Name of Institute" College name or University Name? I used to go to college daily but the university issued me the degree.

And in Question 8 personal history boxes If I stayed at home what shall I write in "Activity" and "Name of Company, Employer, School Facility, as applicable"?

Also what about the school vacation? Do i need to tell that i had vacations during the school and stayed at home or shall i just write that i went to school straight up for 2 years?

You should put the name of the University that issued the degree.

When you stayed at home, you should put UNEMPLOYED for that period of time.

And no, you do not need to indicate you had a vacation from school because that is pretty obvious. Just say you went to school for two years.

Remember not to leave any gaps in time!

I'm unemployed from last 6 months and before that back in 2011 i waited for UK visa to be issued for 7 months. So what should i write for that period? Stayed at home?

No, you don't need to write "stayed at home". Just write "unemployed', that's pretty self explanatory.

And are you sure about the university thingy? That i should write the university name instead of college, i used to attend classes at the college no university. Also do i need to mention about a university where i dod just kne semester and then left?

Use either name, and explain the situation on a separate sheet of paper. I would mention the university where you did just one semester as well.
If you were waiting at home for several months for a visa, you should put 'unemployed' on the forms. Anytime you were at home for an extended time and were not working or studying, put 'unemployed'. The only likely reason to put something else would be if you were taking care of family.

No. Short visits do not have to be mentioned, unless they were in another country and you have to fill out the travel form.
