What about your offer letter is it conditional? My sister got her acceptance in University of waterloo and the letter she has is conditional because she was enrolled in her last SEM when she got her acceptance. She got her detailed mark sheet and copies of her degree from the UNI. They will reach waterloo in about a week now. She is planning to submit her file on Monday. I am little worried about the offer letter she has. Upon talking to UW they said we don't send revised letters this one should be good. Any thoughts?

Well exactly the same case with me! I have got the marksheets and the degree and dispatched the transcipts on Thursday. Will reach next week. It's only after that I'll get unconditional acceptance and registration information.
Initially I decided to apply with conditional too, but someone said that it is very necessary for to show the proof that you'd be attending the University from where you have got the conditional acceptance. So I thought about waiting for the final letter.
If UW dosen't give out the revised letter, I guess it's fine. You must have paid the fees and that would be enough proof. In my case I just can't register and pay fees before they receive my final degree. I don't think it's a problem.
Btw is she applying the visa through VAC centre (paper based) or online?

Better to apply online for faster results

It's same. When you apply online your application goes to your local VFS only for processing.

Thanx hopping for positive response .. actually my profile have concerns like
I had completed Msc chemistry last year
And currently applied project management environmental Ontario graduate certificate program in seneca
Also last year I visited Canada as tourist and I am married so I don't know how strong my file is
