Help, i'm having a hard time on my online application, problem is, I still have a red on education before submission, the document review says that i have to include transcript and diploma in secondary education or high school, I already attached my diploma, do i need to attached transcript and what transcript they mean? is it our form 137?

Yes, it's Form 137. If you have a VALID reason for not being able to secure a copy, upload instead a letter of explanation (much better if the letter is issued by your HS registrar).
