Help regarding education documents

My education documents are attested/stamped at backside. In this situation should I scan both side? On the other hand can we put/write/Add soft notes on PDF files like "Front side" , "Back Side" etc and can we use soft highlighter of PDF.

Original documents need no attestation. Yes you can write Letter or Explanation in that PDF.

I want to know that should I upload the both sides(front & back) of my degree and transcript as they are attested on back side.

To be safe, I've scanned both sides. I sent both to WES and also now when I submitted my application.
