Help regarding checque - URGENT

Dear forum members
I had applied for FSW but was found ineligible and the CIC send me a mail explaining that the cheque will be send to me for 12-16 weeks.
I used bank cheque for the processing fee.

No, in the meantime I was able to get temporary work permit and very soon will come to canada.
Now, I still havent received the cheque, I received info from CIC on 1 of November 2013 that I am ineligible, so I should receive the cheque in Feb-March???
The problem is that I won't be at my home when the cheque arrive?

My fist question: Is the cheque that CIC will send me be the same I send to them i.e are they gonna return my cheque, or the will issue me another?

My second question: The cheque that I will receive, can I change it Canada. Because I won't be at my home country, and the cheque probably will be on my name therefore my parents can't change it, I was planning for them to send it to me in Canada so I can change it here.

Please give me advice, as i don't know what to do. By the way, the cheque is on 1250 CAD so I really don't want to loose those money.

if you are FSW 2013 applicanst , then they will return same cheque , that could be en-cashed otherwise cheque will be in your personal name , that could be deposited in any bank where you have an account

Yes I am FSW 2013 applicant?
The problem is that when I sent the cheque to the CIC it was valid for 6 months. So today the cheque is not valid? How can they return the invalid cheque?
Are you sure that they will sent me the same cheque?
I won't be able to en-cache it because it will be expired.
Please advice?

I checked with my bank and the original cheque that I send with my FSW application is already en-cached.
I received mail from CIC that I am ineligible on 1 of November 2013 stating that the cheque will be sent within 12-16 weeks.
On 4th of November 2014 the cheque was en-cached by Receiver General for Canada.
Does this means that I will receive new cheque?
IS THIS NORMAL PROCEDURE?
SHOULD I WORRY?

reality checked: I was found ineligible for FSW. Received mail from CIO Sydney nova scotia. My application wasn't sent to the local office in Vienna that Is the embassy that makes decision about my application. Therefore CIC should send me back the money I send as cheque for FSW?

I believe you will get new cheque in your name from Canada

Because when I receive the cheque in my home address I will be in Canada, if my family send the cheque to Canada I can en-cache it in Canada?
Anyone with first hand experience?
