Help regarding CAQ.....

I have applied for CAQ via online and sent all the necessary documents. My fedex tracking says that it has delivered the documents 7 days ago but the status of my online profile still says that waiting for documents.

I am worried. What should I do? Should I call them or wait for few others day???????????????????

I have exactly the same situation. Would you please share your experience? what did you do? and how long does it take them to update your online application?
