Hi,

I am going to apply for my PCC from India at the Vfs office in Toronto. I have a few questions regarding the form.

1. What address would you put in the 'India Address' field?..
a. Should it be the same address as per passport.. (The address in my passport is my parents address)
b. Should it be the address I was staying at post marriage (My husbands home address which is in a different city)
c. If the address should be the same as the one in my passport, then what if my parents changed homes and the their address is now a different one but in the same city, should I use the new address?

2. I am an Indian citizen living in Canada for 2 years now, do I also have to submit 3 passport size photos and the 3 police clearance reference forms in addition with the main form?

Thanks in advance for the replies

I think you have to put all the adresses at which you lived for more than 6 months in your applocation. Check with the CGI in toronto and they would be able to tell you exactly what to do or Give a call to call centre..

Thanks for the reply. I have another dilema, there is no field for multiple addresses in the form. There is just a single field that says Address in India.

I think it will be OK if you just mentioned current living address ( May be your parents address) or What ever address you have in passport is alos fine.

That's how i got my PCC.

Hope that helps.

1. What address would you put in the 'India Address' field?.. - THE ADDRESS WHERE YOU LAST RESIDED IN INDIA
a. Should it be the same address as per passport.. (The address in my passport is my parents address) - ADDRESS COULD BE DIFFERENT THAN THE ONE MENTIONED ON THE PASSPORT AS WELL.
b. Should it be the address I was staying at post marriage (My husbands home address which is in a different city) - IF THIS THE ADDRESS YOU LAST RESIDED BEFORE YOU LANDED IN CANADA, THEN 'YES'.
c. If the address should be the same as the one in my passport, then what if my parents changed homes and the their address is now a different one but in the same city, should I use the new address? - NOT APPLICABLE

2. I am an Indian citizen living in Canada for 2 years now, do I also have to submit 3 passport size photos and the 3 police clearance reference forms in addition with the main form? - 1 PHOTO AND PCC APPLICATION WITH THE CHECKLIST SHOULD SUFFICE. NO CLEARANCE FORMS REQUIRED.

Thanks a bunch Andy. Problem Solved :)
