Hi
My NOC is 0631 and i have contacted a restaurant and they are willing to offer me job. I have few queries if you guys can please help me out with.
1) How long will it take the employer to get the HRSDC approval? and how much will it cost him?
I heard it takes more than 6 months?
2) I heard that FSWs cases are done more faster than AEO? What is the avg time frame for AEO?
3) The checking and rejection is witnessed more in AEO than FSW? true or false?
4) are there any changes after 26 june in AEO program as well?

Thanks

Thanks for the reply..
As you mentioned and i researched, i found out that it takes around 4-6 months for getting approval from HRSDC. Once you get approval then you apply for the permanent residency right? my ielts will expire in feb 2011 ( did it in feb 2010). Then it means even if my employer apply in august by the time HRSDC will give approval my ielts will be or about to be expired. ???

I heard it takes more than 6 months? for me still am waiting for approval i have completed 5 months & 4 days till today no response from HRSDC, and the coast begins with 8000 Us Dollars..2) I heard that FSWs cases are done more faster than AEO? What is the avg time frame for AEO?
it seems FSW1 is faster cus VO takes extra time for Job offer verification with employer.
3) The checking and rejection is witnessed more in AEO than FSW? true or false?
I don’t know but it depends from cases to case.4) are there any changes after 26 June in AEO program as well?
No

You mean to say that the employer has to pay $8000 to HRSDC? or are you talking about the fee consultants charge for AEO? in my case there is no consultant its direct with the employer.
so he has to pay $8000 to get HRSDC approval?? :o

No, it costs the employer nothing, some unscrupulous agents and employers are selling them to naive prospective emigrants. CIC is wise to it.
