Federal Skilled immigration with AEO

HELLO,

I have no clear picture about my case, My Federal Skilled Worker Immigration case is under process at Canadian High Commission Islamabad since November 2007 then later, in July 2008 I submitted my Arranged Employment Opinion (AEO) HRSDC approved, as I have heard that AEO's cases will be done not later than 10 to 12 months, now it's November 2008 & I have not heard or received anything from the high commission, my attorney says that the cases are being processed very slowly nowadays specially after marriot bomb attacks in Islamabad, but I think what ever he is saying is a crap because Federal Skilled Worker Immigration with AEO cases are being processed on the first preference and with a high priority, So counting from November 2007, I should be targeting to hear something in October 2008 but no response yet.

MY QUESTIONS ARE:
1- Whether my attorney is speaking the truth or not?
2- How much time it takes if the case is being applied with AEO?
3- In such (AEO) cases whether the interiew takes place or not?
4- Is it necessary to conduct IELTS (in AEO cases)? If yes then how much band is needed?
5- After submitting my AEO what documents from the high commission will be I receiving now?
6- Is it a sure shot permanent visa?
7- Can I hear from someone who has applied from CHC Islamabad with Arranged Employment Opinion?

PLEASE ANYBODY GIVE ME COMMENTS & ANSWERS ON MY QUERY ABOVE.

It seems that you have blown your top.

I haven't applied from Pakistan. What I know about AEO is that this document will expedite the processing of your application. How fast? That beats me.

Having AEO doesn't mean you don't need to produce other supporting documents.

I would suggest you take it easy, first of all. Then, if you're not happy with your attorney, cancel the service and take care of the business from there on yourself. I am quite sure you can do it.

Why dont you have your employer PNP you in whatever Province He is based in,So that you can get processed faster,I really dont understand now that you have a job offer,Why you cant be a Provincial Nominee,What Province is your employer based???
