HELP! Question about BOWP - WP-EXT letter

I have applied for PR through express entry and my common-law partner is the secondary applicant.

We also applied for the Bridging Open Work Permit together on my account. I can see that there are 2 applications on my account, one for me and one for him.

A couple of days after applying for the BOWP, I received my WP-EXT only except PGWP letter to confirm that I can keep working. However, my partner has not received this yet (it's been almost a week). We both received the confirmation of online application and submission confirmation letters, but only I have received the WP-EXT only except PGWP letter.

Does anyone know why he might not have received his yet?

(Both our current work permits are due to expire on 28 June 2023, so there is a matter of urgency.)

Hey, did you receive WP-EXT letter, How long did it take finally? I am in the same boat with PGWP expiring next week. It's been more than a week since I submitted my bowp.

Yeah, the pr came before bowp and that letter wp-ext never came!
