HELP!!!!!!!!(PRESENT) regarding dates

How about if dates are until present?? what should i write??

Dependants what kind of forms you are filling up. If it is a form which need validation and a barcode it won't allow you to write "until present" or any thing other than a date.
Usually date asked in form sections like personal history, job etc are in format of year-month; until present for such a format will be 2014-11 (the month now I am signing the form) this is specially if the form doesn't allow you to write anything other than a date.
