Help. Police clearance in Norway for PR application

Hi everyone. I need help How to get my police clearance in Norway. I worked for 2 years in Norway. Now the question is :
1. Where will I send the request form? Is it in in the local police district I lived? Or in Vardo?

2. I don't remember my personnummer in Norway. Is it okay if I don't have it?

Hello is there anyone here requested a police clearance certificate from norway? i have emailed them and filled up the application form and send photo copy of my passport as well, but i still haven't got any reply, only automatic email i've recieved that they will reply after two weeks.. I just " i need for job application and immigration as a purpose, i hope it is ok...
