Not true, I am applying for PR from outside of Canada too . My CIO is in NS.

I do see some applicants have no address in their request letter, and that is also my worries.
May I ask you one more question
How long did hk police force mail your PCC to your cio? And what did you upload in the online system for that request?

I have only seen ONE applicant who had a HK PCC request letter that didn't have addresses on it.

HK Police said up to 2 months.
 
I have the same problem, ie. an IRCC letter without an address. How should I know where to send the HK Police Certificate?
 
Guys, I have the same issue. Received request for HK PCC but no mailing address mentioned. Has anyone in this forum figured out a solution?
