HELP Police certificate for Outland (Hyderbad -India)

HI, I am PR in canada and looking for applying for Spousal sponsorship for my wife in india. she is residing in Hyderabad. Can we get the PCC from Passport Seva Kendra only, i see that its taking 45 days for getting the slot for PCC. I see the Telangana Police has launched an website for PCC . can i apply from Telangana Police website?
