HELP PLZZZ Refugee claim, study permit and work permit

Im making refugee claim , well actually my lawyers are preparing it and it will be submitted by end of july
And i have school in September to finish my final year I just wanna know once i get my AOC , will i be able to get my study permit , and whats timeline for work permit since im submitting it at same time with my refugee claim. Im asking because obviously im sure lot of people been in same situation as me . Please folks help a brother out here im so nervous i barely can sleep at night. My other question is , lets say my refugee claim gets rejected but if i have study permit or work permit , will they get cancel automatically or no

I personally don't recommend you making a claim inside Canada as they will take forever to process every steps of it. From my experience making claims are only worth it when entering the country through a port of entry or they won't take much attention to your file and it will sit there for months or even years. I made a refugee claim inside Canada and over one year I don't have any work permit and didn't even do the eligibility interview.

Interesting, i was reading other posts made by other people where so many of them made their claim inside canada not through entry port and most of them get the AOC like next week and their medical a week after and sure some of them got their work permit soon or some got it after a like 6 months but from what i read on the government website when you have your AOC you can get your study permit . Plus i got no choice but to do it this is my only option unfortunately

I am not sure with AOC you can get a study permit or not a lawyer can answer that
Once you get a brown paper (refugee claim document) after that you get the work permit
As long as study or work permit is valid it won’t be canceled
For refugee process bigger cities bigger backlog so be prepared to wait at least 1-1 and half year

Hi Sohaib I have question about my family my family receive pre arrival may 2022 they ask additional documents I send it already in June 2022 I am inland applicant I did not get confirmation or approval what you they how long it’s gonna finished I am June 2019 applicant

Your application is long overdue. Are you in a pilot program?

No I am not in pilot program I order that nothing important same think they said what I know I try to call but now lines is busy I send webform they just reply busy we gonna respond you like it

Oh okay i guess i have to ask the lawyer it just on the immigration website it sounded like once you get AOC , you can apply for study and im in nova scotia so hopefully it wont be as bad
So my question would be lets i have valid study permit or work permit even if my refugee gets refused i wont be removed since i have valid status correct?

Is it true that once you get AOC, the officer will issue and remova order at the same time? And if you are eligible , the removal order will not be enforced?

When you succeed in the interview, you can get a work permit, usually for two years. While you're waiting for your day in court, you can get a job, and you can apply for medical care. When you go to court, you can take the decision and study at local student rates. Whether your work visa expires or not does not affect you. What affects you is the departure order.

So only concern is , once i submit my claim and receive my AOC, does that mean the immigration office aslo issued an removl order untill my eligibility interview, and if im eligible to make refugee claim , the removal order wont be in effect? Thats the part that scares the hell of out me man
