Hi,
My one friend wants to apply as a pharmicst for Canada immigration.
His some queries are as follows:
1)After sending full application to CIO ,when they will check for POF from my bank?Suppose if they recieve my application on 10 September 2010,when they will start my POF check?or just CIO check completeness of documents and forms ?Only VO will verify for POF from my bank?means after getting 1st AOR when VO will check for my POF?within 3-4 months of recieving my packet to CIO?
actually I had POF for 4 persons,but due to some reasons I had taken out some money,now I will borrow the remaining money from someone,so much worry when they will ask for POF?As I will be able to get my money back after 3 months hopefully.I will send my POF this time ,by borrowing money,then I will be able to manage my POF after 3 months from now?within these 3-4 months after sending my application to CIO how much are the chances of verifying my POF?
2)My wife is graduate as a private candidate of Punjab University,but I had arranged her tuition certificate
from a coaching center,from where she took her classes for BA?Can they give me 4 points for spouse education?

You're not supposed to borrow your funds from someone else, it states this in the instructions. You will need to be able to prove you have the required funds throughout the process. I'm not sure how often they check, but they may ask for several month's worth of bank statements during the process, so being short at any time is a risk.

When I submitted my documents (under the pre-June 26 rules), I submitted a statement from the bank and 6 months of bank statements. I have heard people say that before stamping they can ask again for statements or another letter about the funds.

Please maitain the required balance throughout in ur bank a/c untill ur PPR is stamped. You never know at any point of time, they might again ask for a fresh 6 months bank statement. And secondly, the might ask you also at the time of Interview(if u r called for).

So do not take a risk.
