Help plz - Requirements for Citizenship ?

Dear All (especially Leon/Qorax ! )

I wish to know the following: To quality for Citizenship, a PR has to

1. Live in Canada for accumulated total of 3 years out of last 4 ?

Is this the only requirement ?

Suppose spouse fulfills this requirement but is financed by money sent by me to her from my birth country .. ?

Does she have to pay taxes in order to get Citizenship ?

And are there ANY OTHER requirements besides completing the 3 years ?

You just have to have lived in Canada for 1095 days in the previous 4 years as a PR and in case someone asks, you might have to prove it so for somebody who doesn't work, that could be hard but it is not a requirement to have paid taxes.

As long as an applicant has completed 03 yrs out of 04 years, irrespective of whether an applicant was working in the past three yrs or enrolled in a college for the last 03 yrs! does not matter.

However, if you are studying for the past 03 yrs, then you can easily prove this to the authorities by your enrollment/admission card, fees paid, marksheet etc etc. but if were not studying, not working in the last three yrs, then definitely it will be hard to prove your presence in Canada during the three years!

I am very grateful for their service. I found that the study guide has soooo many facts to remember, it's horrendous! It took me a while to study, do the simulation tests the the website provide, but eh it was worth it, I am a Canadian now!
