I thought the ques is only asking about canada refusals so I just declare that...didnt mention other countries...how careless of me...now I got potential 5 year ban if I cant satisfy or convince the officer. Anyone else experience that? Pls help me...only have 20 days to respond left.

You need to respond and state what refusals you received (Canada and any other country). Include the date and reasons for refusal. You then explain why you answered incorrectly and be sincere in your apology. If you don’t want to take the chance of writing a poorly worded letter, hire a Canadian immigration lawyer to help you with the letter.

Once you respond there are no timelines for their decision. As you had refusals which you didn’t declare the IRCC was correct in their assessment and ban. However it may be overturned but don’t expect a decision any time soon.

you just have to write a letter saying you thought the question was just about Canada, and then put date and reasons of your past refusal. I got refused foe the same error, i wrote a letter of explanation, now I'm a permanent resident in Canada

Dear, there's nothing to be scared of, the officers are humans and they make mistakes too. They Know people can make mistakes. There are hundreds of questions to answer for a simple visa. Just be yourself and write the letter. The subject of the letter has to be Letter of explanation. and I don't know where you are from,if it was possible for you to get a police clearance from your country,it would be perfect, in your letter you could say you're a good citizen in your country, know and respect the laws and always act like a good citizen wherever you go. and the police clearance would be proof of that. but if you can't get the police clearance, just say and the letter you're sorry and the put the date of you past refusals.
and yes, i got the visa after writing the letter
