HELP PLS! Planning to Move From Ottawa to Montreal for Another Year of Study

I am an IS currently attending a college in Ottawa, however I plan to move to Montreal for my second year of post-grad studies since my common-law partner got a full-time job there. I was wondering if the application process is hard, and if my program in Ottawa will still be acknowledged when I apply for PGWP? Does anyone have a similar experience?

1. I assume you know that you require a CAQ to study in Quebec?
2. You total studies will be considered.
