Help pls. Fee related.

Could anyone help me abt the fee thing?

The instruction said that it must be in CAD. I could not find any bank who can provide me certified check, bank draft or money order in canadian funds.

Is it ok to use the international money order? I could get it from USPS. The only problem is they can issue the international money order with USD amount on it (I will have to convert the 550 CAD to USD myself).

If it is ok to use international money order in USD, then where do I find the reliable exchange rate????

No, it has to be $CAN, USPS can issue Canadian $ checks, Amex, BofA
