Hi y’all,

I did my Police Certificate for good conduct and found out there was a record on it. I forgot i had unpaid fine i got late last year in the train. Have paid the fine in full now.

Will this still affect my PR application?

What was the charge? Canada will look at what the charge amounts to in Canada.

i don't see it a serious crime or a serios problem........you seem worried.....so if you like, you may send a note to IRCC to explain, that it was a slight mistake due to ignorance as a new comer to the city and you honestly paid the fine.......

I lived in Germany for 8months and it’s considered a criminal offense there but i don’t know about Canada

Thanks dude you’re Amazing. Now i understand how things work when it comes to definition of criminal offense in Canada, it totally different here. I really appreciate your info.
