I have a question on when I first log into my application Permanent Residence Application on the left say's my name on the right its say's Permanent Application Status, just below that is a link that say's "Decision Made" when it usually say's "In process" but when I click on the link my application hasn't change...Does that mean a decision has been made???

Congratulations! If it says "decision made" it means CIC has made a decision regarding your application. You probably will be receiving am email very soon with information about such decision, and further final instructions.

Congratulations! If it says "decision made" it means CIC has made a decision regarding your application. You probably will be receiving am email very soon with information about such decision, and further final instructions.
