So that means i have 90 extra days to submit the application after my visa and student permit expire? (they both expire on the same date)

The 90 day limit applies to those who are restoring your status. It does not apply in this situation.

Submitting the inland PR and OWP app after your current status expires will not give you legal status in Canada, Implied or otherwise. Implied Status only comes from submitting a new app PRIOR to expiry of your current status.
