Help please . Will my visa be rejected? I applied in March 22 for may intake .

Hi friends it's my first attempt and I don't know much about this that's why I'm asking you . Some of my friends said there are chances to reject my visa as its very late for may intake .
My details :

10th 2011 pass out 85%

12th 2013 pass out 65% but it was NIOS

B.tech 2017 pass out 64.3% from Kanpur university (mechanical engineering )

Then I did some diplomas called NDT, QA&QC from December 2017 to February 2018

I got admission in cape Breton University in nova Scotia province for doing 2 years post degree programme ( bachelor of engineering technology - petroleum ) actually it's 3 year course but whoever completed btech can directly enter to the second academic year .

Now please tell me friends will i get visa for this time ? I applied 22 March only (in Bangalore) . And the course is petroleum but I explained well in my sop how mechanical engineering and petroleum are related . But I'm still worried about my 12th it's NIOS and I got only overall 6 in IELTS (R 6.5, W 6 , S 6, L 5.5) .

You’ve to hope for the best. Sometimes your profile can be absolutely perfect and you can yet get a rejection. Sometimes you might think you wouldn’t get a study permit and yet receive one. In my opinion you could have improved on your IELTS score. Anyways let me encourage you by saying that if it is meant to be you will get the visa. Else try again after improvising. Good luck..

Your academics is good, and NIOS is same like CBSE. So no worries. I'm only concerned about your IELTS score. Your IELTS score is low, you could have improved it. In case if you get rejected, try again with a better IELTS, since they give more attn to your IELTS score. Anyways, Good luck bro

Try to improve IELTS score .

Also , you need to strongly mention in SOP why you're going for Engineering Technology - Petroleum .
Because you've done mechanical and that's different I guess .

Also since you did diplomas , clearly explain why you did it in the SOP , you don't want to give any doubts to VO .

You need minimum 6 in each band of IELTS
