Today i called ircc and they tell me eligibility status is recommend interview.Is it is a negative sign...A month back i called ircc and that time they were saying eligibility is recommend passed but now they are saying it is recommend interview.What this indicates?

Recommend pass status should be maintained throughout to receive an approval in time.
These are the combinations :
Review Required > Recommend pass > Passed ( 95% of the time )
Review Required > Recommend pass > Recommend interview > Passed
Review Required > Recommend pass > Recommend interview > Fail
Review Required > Recommend interview > Passed
Review Required > Recommend interview > Fail
Review Required > Passed
Review Required > Failed
Supposed to undertake an interview if your country is enlisted by IRCC for an interview i.e Pakistani applicants or the VO may call you for a phone interview.
Long waiting time either way ( as demonstrated by the ones in this forum who got their decision later on ).
I am from india applied in july ...recieved aip on 4 sptember but till now no medical update but today i called ircc they told me eligibilty is recommend interview.
It means stage 2 hasn't commenced yet, only indicator is medical update.
If it is going to be a rejection you will receive the refusal instantly/soon after the medical update.
Approval = after long medical update gap or within 24 to 72 hours medical being passed ( BVL + OPR )
( for two stage processing only )
It's normal for such delays since you gave biometrics recently , medicals will be updated soon in due course.
can you tell me how much are chances of approval after recommend interview as i m new to visa forum....chances are less or good
If you got an AIP then its almost impossible to be refused, honestly it's like 1% chance to be refused.
