Help please: Residency Obligation to Renew PR

Dear All,
I first landed in Canada on 3 June 2017 and left Canada for some personal plans on 5 August 2017 (total staying is 64 days), and I am planning to return 31 July 2020 permanently, so I will have 671 days left in my PR, and in total will have 735 days physical presence in Canada (up to 2nd June 2022, if we don't leave Canada during this period).
My question is: will there be any problem at returning on 31 July 2020? what kind of questions are we gonna be asked?
Would I face any problem when I renew my PR later?

No you will be fine iff you keep meeting your RO. They will just ask when you were last in Canada. You should consider leaving yourself with enough flexibility for vacations, family emergencies or work trips.

Unfortunately, if your parents have in fact renounced your status, there is no way for you to restore it. It’s been lost. You will have to apply for a PR from the beginning.

Detail of my case is as under please go through and suggest what I should do.

I got PR in 2003 and stayed in Canada for 4months. My PR was renounced in 2015( My age was 15years) by my parents while getting TRV. I joined University on Study Visa in September 2018. My father is retiring this year and am worried about my fee as International student. Moreover I have now decided to live in Canada permanently.
Please suggest is it possible to restore my PR. If possible how I shall proceed.

It’s not possible. The fact you are on a student visa makes it very clear you are no longer a PR. If you were still a PR you would not be eligible for any type of visa. When they renounced to obtain the TRV, your status was lost.
