hi every body i am an international student I've never trans-passed the law under no circumstances .. about a year ago i made trip with some friends in the summer to find a job in an other city things went wrong and i found my self stuck in that city so i didn't start the last fall and i skipped the second semester too.. I've never thought that that would happened actually i had to work too in the fall a full time job and now i don't know what am i doing or how bad my situation is and i have a permanent job opportunity with contract ..could that help me in this situation ...or can i even have the job , or what am i suppose to do !!!! please help guys i really don't know what am i doing

ur question is highly unclear. I am not a professional but how many sems did u skip? when was ur study permit issued before or after 1st june 2014? will u need to extend ur study permit?

Based on the information you have provided - you have definitely broken the law. You are currently working illegally and haven't met the terms of your study permit. Having a permanent job opportunity won't fix the fact that you are working illegally and in violation of your study permit.

If you want a more specific / detailed answer - you'll have to provide more detailed information. When did you arrive in Canada? How long did you study for full time before dropping out? Did you study at all?

Based on the information you have provided so far, its going to be difficult for you to remain in Canada legally.

i studied 1 semester and then i went back home the hole summer because i couldn't get the work permit that summer and then a I've studied a full time 2 semesters and the the summer of 2014 i worked which was legally and after i didn't get paid from that employer almost a month paycheck i couldn't get back to the city that i study in and i had to work cause i had no money at all not and the i worked only 2 months no more i haven't work since then i start worrying allot but i didn't study for 2 semesters now and i had that study permit before jan 2014

again not clear how many sems did u not study in which u were required to study? did u take a leave of absence? CIC doesnt care why u couldnt get back to study. if ur were legally required to study and u didnt then u have broken a law and getting a study permit/work permit extension is going to be a problem.

I am not sure what your situation is for exactly. As I know, you need to make sure a full time student in Canada. Once, you left in Canada, you must apply a study permit again unless you are on vacation. Of course, you need a new acceptance letter from your school when you apply a new study permit.

Are you staying in Canada illegally??? Then you cant come back to Canada anymore.

If you are in your home country, you can apply a study permit again with new acceptance letter.
