Help please! Primary applicant did not receive eCOPR in portal, but inland dependent did

Need some advice.

We received portal email on Saturday, and replied the same day.

We received login credentials last night and uploaded photos and confirmed address in CA (both still under review).

Tonight the application in GCKEY has been approved, and we can see the COPR document numbers and other information.

The dependent received eCOPR in the portal around 18:30, but no eCOPR for the PA so far.

But we linked the PR card application in our GCKEYs successfully.

Could you please advise what is going on? How long does PA have to wait? Do we need to contact anyone regarding PA's eCOPR?

Just wait for another few days. If you do not hear back, contact IRCC.

Thanks, I guess our patience is running really thin after waiting 430 days.

PA wrote a very detailed email including UCI, pr application number, eCopr number, pr card application number to describe he situation, which was sent back to the first portal email address. Got eCopr this afternoon, became PR yesterday but the document was signed today. I think they just forgot to send.

This just happened to me. What was the final outcome of this?
